Miami Beach Marina // Authorized SEABOB Dealer
SEABOB For Sale In Miami. Designed By Studio F. A. Porsche.
Looking for a SEABOB dealer in Miami? AOA Marine is South Florida's authorized SEABOB dealer, on the water at Miami Beach Marina -- the closest showroom to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the rest of South Florida.
The F9 is the lightest SEABOB ever built. Titanium, magnesium, and ceramic-coated components in a hull shaped by Studio F. A. Porsche, at 50 lbs you can lift off a swim platform with one hand. Sixty TP of thrust behind it.
A digital thumb accelerator gives you infinitely variable power. Normal for surface runs, Dive for a lighter touch underwater, Sport for everything the motor has. You steer by shifting your weight. That's it -- there are no other controls to learn.

SEABOB FAQs
Everything You'd Ask At The Dock.
What is a SEABOB?
A SEABOB is an electric watercraft you hold onto rather than sit on. It pulls you across the surface or down under it, on and off a thumb accelerator, steered entirely by how you shift your weight. Built by CAYAGO in Germany, designed with Studio F. A. Porsche.
What is the difference between the F9 and the F9 Metallic?
Paint. Nothing else. The F9 comes in serial high-gloss colors; the metallic Special Colors -- Titanium, Meteo Silver, Navel Orange -- use a multi-layer paint system for a deeper finish. Same hull, same 2.6 kW motor, same 60 TP of thrust, same everything under the shell. Pick the one you want to look at.
What is the difference between the F9 and the F9 S?
The F9 S is the performance model: 3.6 kW against 2.6 kW, 84 TP of thrust against 60 TP, and 50 minutes of runtime. It also adds the Driving Stability System -- extendable stern stabilizers and two foils on the underbody -- which makes it noticeably more planted through turns. The F9 is lighter at 50 lbs and easier to move around a boat. We stock the F9 and can order the F9 S.
How deep can a SEABOB go?
A built-in depth sensor cuts the motor at 3.0 m (10 ft) out of the box. The electronic control system can be set to a maximum depth of 25 m (82 ft) for trained divers. The limit is a setting, not a hardware ceiling -- we'll walk you through it at handover.
How long does a SEABOB battery last?
The F9 runs 40 minutes with a sportive riding style, or 60 minutes with the Battery Capacity Plus pack. Standard charging takes 4 hours, quick charging about 1 hour. Ride softer and you'll get considerably more than the rated time.
Do I need experience to ride a SEABOB?
No. There is one control -- a thumb accelerator -- and you steer by leaning. Most riders are comfortable within a few minutes. Start in Normal mode, work up to Sport when you're ready.
Is a SEABOB safe in salt water?
Yes. Titanium, magnesium, and specialised ceramic coatings are there specifically to handle it. Rinse with fresh water after every salt session, dry it, store it dry. That's the whole routine.
Can I demo a SEABOB in Miami before buying?
Yes. Demo rides run from Miami Beach Marina on Biscayne Bay, by appointment. Contact us or call the showroom and we'll get one in the water for you.
Where is the nearest SEABOB dealer to Miami?
AOA Marine at Miami Beach Marina is South Florida's authorized SEABOB dealer, at 300 Alton Rd, Suite 108, Miami Beach -- minutes from downtown Miami, Brickell, and Coconut Grove, and an easy run from Fort Lauderdale.
Ride One First
A spec sheet tells you it makes 60 TP. It doesn't tell you what 60 TP feels like when it pulls you under. We keep inventory in the water at Miami Beach Marina for exactly that reason -- come find out before you buy, not after.
