What your session looks like

Your lesson takes place on the open water off Miami Beach -- one of the most iconic backdrops in the world for water sports. Sessions are fully private, so your instructor's attention is on you the entire time.

  • On land first Your instructor walks you through the board, the remote, and what to expect before you ever hit the water.
  • Shallow water start You'll begin lying prone and get a feel for the board's response before attempting lift.
  • First lift Your instructor coaches you through the exact moment the board rises -- this is the part everyone remembers.
  • Guided riding time Work through balance drills, directional control, and building confidence at speed.
  • Debrief Every session ends with feedback on what to work on next.

Do I need experience to book a lesson?

No experience needed. Our beginner package is designed for first-timers with zero water sports background. If you can swim, you can learn to eFoil.

What should I bring?

A swimsuit, sunscreen, and a towel. We provide all equipment including the Fliteboard, impact vest, and helmet.

How long are the sessions?

Session lengths vary by package. See the options above. We recommend the intermediate package for most first-timers who want more than a taste.

Is it safe?

Fliteboard eFoils are electric -- no fuel, no loud engine, and controlled speeds make them one of the safest personal watercraft available. Your instructor is in the water with you the entire time.
